Key Technologies and Development Trends in Advanced Intelligent Sawing Equipments

Abstract As a starting point in equipment manufacturing, sawing plays an important role industrial production. Intelligent manufacturing is carrier of intelligent technologies. Due to the backwardness technology, comprehensive performance equipments China obviously different from that foreign countries. State art advanced investigated along with technical bottleneck machine tool and new scheme replacing turning-milling by described. The key technologies processing-measuring integrated control, multi-body dynamic optimization, collaborative network framework, distributed cloud platform, self-adapting service method are analyzed; consideration problems poor processing control stableness, low single intelligence level, no on-line data active flutter suppression wide-width heavy-load working conditions. Suggested directions for further research, industry implementation, industry-research collaboration provided.
